Royal Oak Estates is a beautiful lakefront gated community with concrete streets and a private boat launch. It is nestled on the shores of Lake Fork, the bass capital of northeast Texas. Entrance to our community is located on the west end of Wood County Road 1940. The community has a total of 64 lots, all privately owned, with 36 completed homes. The community is governed by a Home Owner's Association (Royal Oak Maintenance Association) with yearly dues of $400 per lot. This website was created to help owners and potential owners access the Rules of Governance thru the HOA and is not intended to be a sales tool for selling property within the subdivision.
